fresh spinach, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Served with Victorian House Dressing.

All entrees are served with the chef’s potato and vegetable of the day.

Tenderloin beef tips sautéed with fresh mushrooms in a Chianti wine sauce,
served over wild rice

~Butternut Chicken ~
Boneless chicken breast impressed with toasted almonds,
walnuts and pecans, sizzled in lemon butter.


~ Shrimp Farcis ~
Shrimp stuffed with crabmeat and encased in puff pastry.

~ Fresh Fish Almondine ~
Fresh Fish of the day baked with slivered almonds in white wine, lemon juice and seasonings.

~ Veal Genovese ~
Sauteed Veal seasoned with crushed almonds and Parmesan cheese.

~ Portabella Ariana ~
Roasted Portabella mushroom topped with creamy pesto, provolone and toasted almonds.
